      • Got a job where I presented to and interviewed clients every day...eventually learned to enjoy and even look forward to it
      • stumbled into PM’ing a company website and internal application rebuild…made too many mistakes to count, like a payments bug which charged customers multiple times…learned lots of hard won lessons that continue to resonate today
